Overview
The Salesforce Designer/Architect plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the design and implementation of scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions. This position is vital in ensuring the effectiveness of our Salesforce CRM system and its seamless integration with other business applications for improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
- Architect and design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions
- Implement and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs
- Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems
- Configure and customize Salesforce apps and functionalities using APEX, Visualforce, or Lightning components
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices
- Lead and support testing efforts, including writing test cases and conducting system testing
- Provide technical guidance in solving complex business problems
- Ensure data quality and security within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Minimum of X years of experience in Salesforce design and architecture
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with deployment and release management in Salesforce
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues
- Understanding of best practices and industry standards in Salesforce architecture
