Salary: USD 1296-1666 / month (based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 15 Days

Shift: (GMT-07:00) America/Los_Angeles (PDT)

Opportunity Type: Remote

Placement Type: Full Time Contract for 12 Months(40 hrs a week/160 hrs a month)

Salesforce Data Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Salesforce Data Specialist to join our team.

This role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce data for

multiple B2B companies. The ideal candidate will focus on data hygiene, normalization, and

ensuring each CRM instance is optimized for eDiciency. They will also play a key role in

importing/exporting lists, creating insightful reports, and holding sales team members

accountable for clean and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Hygiene & Normalization
  • Regularly audit Salesforce records to identify and resolve duplicates, incomplete

data, and inconsistencies.

Implement and maintain data validation rules, workflows, and processes to

enforce data accuracy.

  • Establish data standards and ensure data compliance across the organization.
  • List Imports & Exports:
  • Manage bulk data imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all

Salesforce instances.

  • Utilize tools like RingLead, etc. for seamless data updates.
  • Work with Tide Rock marketing and company sales teams to ensure lists are

accurately segmented and imported.

  • Report Development & Management:
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards for various teams to provide

actionable insights.

  • Support leadership by developing custom reports to track KPIs and sales

performance.

  • Train team members on how to use reports and dashboards eDectively.
  • Accountability for Data Quality:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor user activity and adherence to data hygiene practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to sales team members to improve data

entry habits.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with a strong understanding of data management

tools (e.g., RingLead).

  • Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data integrity best practices.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and normalization tools or techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members at

all levels.

  • Ability to manage time eDectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Salesforce data management role.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration (certifications like Salesforce

Administrator a plus).

  • Experience in working with sales teams to maintain CRM discipline.

Personality Traits:

  • High degree of accountability and ownership over data quality.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to build rapport with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills to ensure timely follow up and support for sales teams.
