Skills Required:
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including CRM & Community functionalities with around 6 to 8 yrs of experience in Salesforce.
Proven experience working in Salesforce implementations and customization projects.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Components,and other Salesforce development tools.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration options.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Architect level certifications(preferred).
Job Description for Salesforce CRM Developer:The Salesforce Developer forCRM & Community, will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet the requirements. Should be able to create the Low Level Design, this role will involve working closely with all the stakeholdersof the projectto understand requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. The Developer will also collaborate with the Tech Lead and other team members to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
