1.Min 8 yrs of experience working as Technical lead in support projects.
2.Handson experience in Salesforce Sales, Service APEX, Triggers, Flows & Admin.
3.Vlocity CPQ Knowledge and work experience.
4.Knowledge in Order orchestration flows.
5.Telecom domain.
6.Possess good experience working in support project.
7.Should be able to handle the shift resources with proper handover. (24/7)
8.Should communicate with customers and track end to end tasks until closure.
9.Capable of grooming Junior members.
