Whom do We Need

We are seeking a consultant-level resource with extensive experience in leading technology projects. The ideal candidate should be at the Tech Lead level or above, bringing a depth of expertise in implementing Salesforce chatbots for both mobile and web platforms. The role requires a minimum of 7-8 years of experience, along with strong capabilities in team management and task delegation. This position is on-site at Bangalore, with a 3-month Contract.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce chatbots across mobile and web platforms.

Engage in customer-facing roles, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Manage and direct a team, including assigning tasks and providing guidance to team members to ensure project success.

Shift time would be 2-3PM IST till 10-11pm IST

Qualification

7-8 years of experience in technology consulting or related fields.

Must be at Tech Lead level or higher.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles and in team management.

Availability to work on-site in Bangalore at the client office.
