nJob Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

nLocation: Nagpur & Pune (Hybrid)

nPosition: Full Time

nResponsibilities:

• 
  nAnalyze business processes, functions, and applications, and workflows.

• 
  nDocument complex business processes across multiple departments and applications

• 
  nParticipate in discussions with stakeholders and end-users to identify and capture both functional business requirements and technical specifications.

• 
  nCreate project documentation to communicate requirements to internal and external parties

• 
  nCollaborate with the broader Business Applications Team to develop and document business and technical requirements, detailed analysis documents, technical diagrams, test plans, project plans and other project documentation as necessary

• 
  nBuild and maintain custom objects and applications on the Salesforce.com platform, including data models, business logic, user interfaces, and workflows

• 
  nConduct beta testing, end-user testing and validation by business unit for new or revised applications

• 
  nContribute to the creation of training materials for new or existing processes

• 
  nMonitor newly implemented/revised applications and supporting processes to assure they are meeting business requirements

• 
  nCommunicate effectively in non-technical terms with staff to help solve business problems

• 
  nPerform data queries across different systems, perform comparisons and analyze

nRequirements

nExperience

• 
  n3+ years of business systems analyst experience

• 
  n2+ years of experience administering and configuring Salesforce.com environments preferred

• 
  nAbility to multitask, work several projects at one time, with consistent follow through to completion

• 
  nKnowledge of established Salesforce.com standards, best practices, and platform features

• 
  nProficiency in MS Excel formulas, PPT, SQL, relational databases, and Jira

• 
  nExperience with Web Services, Web API, and other system integration experience a plus

  nExperience in Small, Medium scale Salesforce solutions.

• 
  nExternal consulting experience, including CRM consulting experience with Salesforce.

• 
  nSalesforce Business Analyst certification.

• 
  nEffective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations.

• 
  nExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
