Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of Salesforce projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement and customize solutions.
Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Involves integration of cloud applications and require knowledge of APIs, pre-scripting, post-scripting and integration testing.
Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system adoption.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, design specifications, and project deliverables.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Utilize a sound understanding of data structures, algorithms and database principles to implement functional requirements and make improvements to existing infrastructure.
Interacts with project managers to drive an optimized solution within known constraints.
Ensure deliverables achieve technical requirements.
Required Skills:
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and etc.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
Familiarity with code repositories like Gitlab, build tools and CI/CD processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).
Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
