Salesforce Auto Cloud Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.
• Define technical architecture to optimize CRM processes, lead management, and customer experiences in the automotive sector.

1. Customization & Development:

• Configure and customize Automotive Cloud features, including lead-to-delivery workflows, inventory management, and customer engagement tools.
• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs to extend platform functionality.

1. Integration:

• Integrate Automotive Cloud with third-party systems (e.g., DMS, ERP, IoT platforms) for seamless data flow.
• Implement middleware solutions to manage system interoperability.

1. Governance & Best Practices:

• Establish coding standards, security protocols, and data governance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce and automotive industry best practices.

1. Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with automotive processes.
• Lead development teams and provide technical mentorship.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability, optimizing as needed.

Skills Required:

• Salesforce Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Automotive Cloud features and CRM workflows.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Experience with data modeling, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Informatica).
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards for data and process flows in automotive.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Experience:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years working in Automotive Cloud or related CRM solutions.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale Salesforce projects in the automotive domain.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Salesforce Automotive Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce Application or System Architect certifications.
