Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering end-to-end Salesforce cloud implementations for diverse customers. This role requires a blend of strong consulting expertise and hands-on technical skills to architect and implement robust Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable, and familiarity with Agentforce and Generative AI (GenAI) will be considered significant advantages.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture:
- Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce implementations across various clouds.
- Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce cloud implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others as needed.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.
- Consulting:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and optimal solution strategies.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
- Data Cloud Expertise:
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Manage data integration, migration, and management processes within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Generative AI to enhance Salesforce solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices and compliance standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce cloud implementations for customers.
- Strong consulting background with direct customer engagement.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
Skills

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities across various clouds.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
