Salesforce Architect /Product Lead

Job Description:

We seek a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic Product Engineering team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive our product innovation and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering team, etc to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and technical strategy for Salesforce applications, aligning with product goals and business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Implement best practices in Salesforce customization, data modeling, integration, and security to ensure a robust and efficient system architecture.

- Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring code quality, reusability, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates, ecosystem trends, and industry best practices to provide innovative, forward-thinking solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and lead efforts to optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and security practices.
