Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.

1. Platform Management:

• Oversee Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Optimize platform performance and scalability.

1. Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development teams.

1. Governance:

• Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and release management processes.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance.

1. Innovation:

• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend new features or technologies.

Skills Required:

• Salesforce Expertise:
• Proficiency in Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with data modeling, security, and Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado).
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
