SPT Labtech are looking for a highly organised and capable Salesforce Administrator to assist with maximising the benefits of Salesforce for our rapidly growing business.
Alongside the lead Salesforce Administrator, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce CRM. Working closely with Sales, Service, Marketing teams plus Sales Ops and more, the Administrator will identify, develop, document and deploy new business processes, as well as maximising existing methods and Flows.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the delivery of the strategic goals of the business, by providing a proactive service and focusing on maximising the Salesforce platform throughout the business
- Align with key internal stakeholders to evaluate, analyse and report on collated data and insights from Salesforce, that enable business progression and robust decision making
- Report to and collaborate with the lead Salesforce Administrator on all aspects of the Salesforce system including all updates, changes, User Experience, Flows, Dashboard creation, and Reporting requirements
- Manage all Salesforce Users and associated data, security and User Profiles
- Design, document and deliver scalable, best practice Salesforce automations, for key stakeholders e.g. Service/Sales teams
- Manage, distribute or complete User Support tickets
- Develop and deliver User Training to both new and existing Users
- Implement and maintain ongoing connections to all relevant platforms and software e.g. Marketing Automation, and manage data quality, integrity and accuracy in line with current regulatory and legal requirements - e.g. GDPR
- Be first point of contact in absence of Salesforce Manager including third parties, CPQ and Service specifics,

The essentials:
- 5+ Years experience Administrating Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ and/or Field Service experience is desirable)
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (working Service Cloud knowledge desirable)
- Minimum of Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Excellent and clear communication/interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and App Builder capabilities
- Experience/confidence working with Salesforce Flow & nested Formula Fields
- Minimum of Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills, with good working knowledge of other Microsoft 365 Applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
