Salesforce Administrator

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in administering Salesforce applications and have a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across all business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations
• Manage user profiles and permissions, roles, and security settings
• Customize and create reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality and recommend process improvements to optimize the platform

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, and reports
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic interfaces
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Experience in data migration and integration with third-party systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
