Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce Administration and Functional Design Specialist with 6-8 years of experience to work on contract basis across Hyderabad, Chennai, or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, functional design, and the ability to configure Salesforce platforms based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, users, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional design documents
- Customize and configure Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports
- Ensure optimal functioning of Salesforce through regular monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
- Conduct user training sessions and provide support for Salesforce-related issues
Qualifications- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and functional design
- Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functional design and architecture
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, data management, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
