- development tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Certifications: Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Application Development: Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they meet our business requirements.
- Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand and refine system requirements.
Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documents, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the performance and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
Ongoing Support: Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new Salesforce technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
