What you will do
n
n
nDevelop improvements in the Quantity & Quality of Sales Force activities to deliver superior performances & building long term business of the One Professional Team
n
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
n- Understand & Practice principle of Sales Force effectiveness
n- Able to handle digital learning & CRM tool. Driving learning across Sales organization
n- Creates and delivers sales training curriculum for the sales teams, focused on increasing product knowledge and selling skills, resulting in sales force effectiveness
n- To do Joint Field Work with MSRs & FBMs. Provide feedback to ZBMs/NSM and RBM/BM/Director-Sales
n- Accountable for initiating required field training interventions based on the observations and recommendations
n- Conducting induction/ training programs for new hires and support the 90 days new hire learning journey
n- Conduct refresher training programs for the FF/FBMs based on proficiency levels & business needs
n- Analyze and assess effectiveness vs performance and provide feedback on a quarterly basis to their respective reporting heads
n- Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, field training curriculum, training assessments and role-play scenarios
n- Drive coaching practice across levels of FBMs/ZBMs to drive effectiveness
n- Drive end to end digital learning process
n
nQualifications
nWhat we are looking for
n
nEducation: B. PHARM, B.SC, MBA in any stream/Trainer certification will be of added advantage.
n
nRequired Years of Related Experience:
n
n- Min. 8 years of experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry
n- 2-3 Years as a successful People Manager
n- 2-4 Years in Training
n
n
Key Skills Required:
n
n- Facilitation
n- Business Acumen & analysis
n- TNI/TNA - create learning modules, roll out coaching programs
n- Good English communication (Verbal & Written)
n- Proficiency in Microsoft office
n- Proficiency in handling digital learning & CRM system
n- Multi Stake holder Management
n- Ability to generate insight from stake holder interactions & make viable product.
