Training: Design and implement training programs and curricula to address skill deficiencies and nurture skill growth.- Training materials: Create, select, and develop training materials, such as videos, case studies, and other resources.
Training methods: Use a variety of training methods, such as workshops, presentations, training courses, and e-learning.
- Training evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees and managers, and track training effectiveness.
Performance review: Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.- Sales objectives: Monitor sales objectives and results.
Onboarding: Hire and onboard new sales trainees.
- Mentoring: Provide a leadership role to mentor and coach sales agents.
External trainers: Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
