Roles and Responsibilities
1. Communicating with teams, Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs
2. Design content & develop training programs (in-house/outsourced) for existing employees (All levels)
3. Induction & welcome training for new joiners
4. Train New Joiners
5. Conduct sales & servicing training for Tele/Field teams
6. Coordinate with SMEs, Admin, HR, and business stakeholders for smooth functioning of training
7. Facilitate sessions on products, processes and skills
8. Design & share a monthly training calendar
9. Track and report completion of training sessions
10. Publish monthly/quarterly training reports
11. Deliver training updates to the business
12. Revise and update the content when required
13. Assess instructional quality/impact and determine the impact of training on employee skills
14. Gather & report feedback from trainers & trainees
15. Host train the trainer for SMEs
16. Travel to branches (if applicable) and conduct training programs
17. Research & recommend new training methods (eLearning/gamification)
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
2. language: professional in English, Hindi
3. Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT
4. Should be a team player, proactive, go-getter and energetic
5. Experience with eLearning platforms
6. Should have good program management skills
