Sales Trainer ( Excavators)

Qualification : Diploma, BE

Experience: 4-6 years of proven work experience of excavator sales. Experience in a sales position is plus. Must be sound in product application.

Job profile:

1.Conduct the sales training

2. Design training curriculum within time frame & Budget.

3. Will work closely with RM/ASM to identify the real time challenges.

4. Help to increase the performance the dealer sales team.

5. Preparing training contents ( training course PPTs etc)

6. Conduct the skill gap analysis to identify the area of improvement

7. Liaise with external trainers or agencies and organised soft skill trainings.

8. Up keeping the training record
