- The goal of the sales trainer is to increase the overall performance of the sales team by giving sales trainees the right tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful
- Through identifying issues with training materials and implementing improvements as needed, the sales trainer is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of a company s sales training program which in turn promotes overall sales operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-End ownership of the tele sales teams training requirements. Product training, Sales Training, motivational training, soft skills, market update, industry behaviour etc.
- To Plan, Design, and execute the Strategy for Sales Training for tele sales team.
- Enhance Tele Sales Team members competency level, which finally contributes to Business growth.
- To develop training presentations, dashboards & manuals/ SOPs, competency mapping, operational policies for business excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
- Analyse day-to-day needs for training in the sales team.
- Develop material required for training sales personnel.
