Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Airpay. The role involves providing training for Sales Managers at various levels (Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, Cluster Heads, Zonal Heads, Regional Sales Managers) on Airpay Vyaapaar products and services. The candidate will optimize sales processes, assist with HR onboarding, and work with Airpay Academy to develop training materials. This role includes conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, requiring extensive travel across India. Multilingual communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Training: Conduct advanced training programs for Sales Managers and other sales personnel on Airpay Vyaapaar products, services, and comprehensive sales methodologies.
- Content Development: Collaborate with Airpay Academy to design, develop, and enhance training content that effectively facilitates learning and keeps diverse audiences engaged.
- Coaching: Deliver targeted on-the-job coaching to Sales Managers to elevate their competencies, enhance skill sets, and drive optimal performance outcomes.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Execute both in-person and virtual training sessions, tailored to address key products, services, sales capabilities, and strategic processes.
- Onboarding & HR Coordination: Facilitate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR to ensure seamless integration of new hires into organizational culture and operational processes.
- Multilingual Training: Provide multilingual training to address the diverse linguistic needs of the workforce across various regions, including Hindi, English, and other regional languages, ensuring inclusivity and comprehensive understanding.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through systematic assessments, qualitative feedback, and performance monitoring. Offer strategic recommendations for continued professional development.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related disciplines. A postgraduate qualification in training, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Training capacity, with a preference for experience in the FinTech or payments sector.
Skills And Experience
- Industry Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of financial products, payment systems, and distribution networks.
- Training Competence: Expertise in training delivery, including superior presentation and facilitation capabilities, with a focus on fostering engagement and motivation among sales personnel.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse set of teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated willingness to undertake frequent travel within India and the ability to tailor training methodologies to diverse cultural and regional contexts.
Travel Requirement
- This position necessitates extensive travel across India to provide training and coaching across various zones, including urban, semi-urban, and rural regions.
