Key Responsibilities:_
Conduct thorough Google searches and other online research methods to identify potential clients.
Gather and compile contact details and relevant information about potential clients.
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to collect the general information and feedback from potential clients to assist the sales team in their approach.
Accurately enter and update client information in the CRM software.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential clients.
Work closely with the sales team to provide insights and relevant data gathered during research and outreach.
- Potential for Role Advancement:
Demonstrate strong communication skills and effective customer interactions.
Candidates showing exceptional performance may be considered for a transition to a Telesales position.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong research and analytical skills.- Proficiency in using Google and other online research tools.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
