We are looking for a Software Sales Team Leader to join our growing company and lead a team of software sales professionals. As a Software Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting sales goals and strategies, coaching and motivating your team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and evaluating new software sales representatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in software sales and team management. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong knowledge of software products and industry trends. You should also be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for software products and services
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of software sales representatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of the team
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve sales skills and customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update records of sales activities, revenue, and expenses
  • Report on sales results and forecasts to senior management
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new software sales representatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in software sales and team management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of software products and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
