Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share in West India; travel to out-station stores.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.

Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal product display and inventory levels.

Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Monitor expenses and implement measures to achieve financial targets.

Coordinate with the relevant store manager, department managers, category managers andcluster heads to ensure smooth operation of the counters assigned to you.

Physically visit stores to ensure smooth functioning and maintain quality.

Video call from the stores to update and give regular check-ins.

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate

Must be fluent in English (spoken as well as written)

Must have minimum 3 years experience in a sales background

Must have excellent communication skills

Must be organized

Should have certificate courses in sales

Should have a bike to travel to and fro different stores
