Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of sales individuals, while also coordinating with design leaders and designers to ensure a seamless client experience. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales unit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales individuals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
  • Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and maintaining a personal sales quota.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with design leaders and designers to ensure alignment between sales efforts and design capabilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to optimise the client experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts in alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Client Experience:
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
