Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales TL to join our team. As a Sales Tl at PropNxT, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering a culture of excellence within the sales department.. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in closing deals within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement measures as necessary.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear, achievable targets for team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is Plus).
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3-5years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
    • Solid knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-suite.
