Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant Contact center voice process.

Minimum 2 years experience as a Team leader in Outbound

Should have knowledge of Dialer.

Thorough understanding of operations metric, people practices (score calculation, parameters, ratings, attrition

Should have prior knowledge of Sales Process. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess knowledge of Green Belt, Lean, Scheduling etc.

Graduate (from any educational field). 6 Working Day, 1 Week off
