Role Description
Key Responsibility Areas
Ownership of sales targets individual/team
Manage sales team for B2C Channel (both International & Domestic holiday sales)
Maintain a daily rigor of sales and drive the sales from each team member
Undertake a review on frequent basis to ensure sales performance as per plan
Drive growth and improvement through people development
Regularly coach and develop team members
Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
Ideal Candidate
Preference given to people with experience in holiday Sales with a travel company
Must have a strong experience of managing a holiday sales team
Must have strong domain knowledge and is able to instill confidence in sales team
