Job Description

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to oversee a team of travel advisors, helping them achieve their targets and ensuring excellent service for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, great people management skills, and a passion for the travel industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of travel advisors, ensuring high performance and team morale.
  • Sales Management: Support advisors in achieving sales targets, handling large-value transactions, and closing deals effectively.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to enhance team members skills, particularly in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance metrics; provide regular feedback and work on continuous improvement.
  • Community Building: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among advisors, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Growth Focus: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic discussions about how to grow and scale the team effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in handling large transactions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong people management skills, with experience in guiding and motivating teams to achieve goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Startup Enthusiasm: Comfortable working in a startup environment, highly energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the role, with a focus on long-term team and personal development.
