Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
5 to 6 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Relevant industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
