Manage and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for the team in alignment with company objectives.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
