Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders and Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team at BigCat Realty Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate consulting organization in Gurgaon. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying interested customers, arranging site visits of projects, following up with customers, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through various sources such as online advertising, referrals, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing them with professional and excellent service.
Conduct site visits for potential clients and provide them with detailed information on projects.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Train and mentor sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Manage a team of sales executives and ensure they meet their targets.
Prepare reports on sales activities and submit them to management.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve their targets.
Must have a 2-wheeler for transportation.
