Job Description:Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Provide detailed information about the furniture products and services offered.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on new products, features, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
Working Hours:-
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
