Responsibilities:
  • Sales Administration: Assist with sales administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, updating sales documentation, and managing sales contracts or agreements
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfillment and timely delivery
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates
  • Maintain positive and professional customer relationships
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, including sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify opportunities for sales growth or improvement
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis
  • Sales Support Materials: Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales support materials such as presentations, product catalogs, sales collateral, and training materials
  • Ensure these materials are up to date and readily accessible to the sales team
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking and updating leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding the status of leads and opportunities
  • Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, sales events, and presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and sales forecasting documents
  • Provide accurate and timely sales data and analysis to support decision-making and planning
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the company's products or services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively support sales efforts
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the sales support function
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
