Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily tasks and coordinate sales activities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare reports on sales metrics and provide data analysis. Schedule meetings and organize sales team even
• The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their goals. This role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative duties and support the sales team to help streamline operations and enhance productivity.
