Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units-Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

Your responsibility:

  • Prepare Timely and comprehensive offers / Quotationsfor Power Quality Products etc. - RFQ / Enquires.

  • Determine most technical appropriate and cost-effective solutions

  • Collaborate across the Sales support team in offeringsolutions to country / region specific customers.

  • Close collaboration with the Product Group TerritoryMarketing & Service Sales Managers responsible forthe global market.

  • Analyze customer needs through general market infoand information provided by Service FES/TerritoryManagers.

  • Ensure all proposals follow relevant Hitachi EnergyProcedures and guidelines.

  • Rationalize terms and conditions.

  • Review and analyze the Offers/Quotations technicaldocuments and requirements and identifies the scopeof supply, configuration of the product with relevantoptions, prepares list of technical deviations andclarifications, prepares data sheets, preparescomments to customer's technical specifications.

  • including quality plans, painting specifications, document lists, etc.

  • Preparation of complete commercial quotation considering different strategies.

  • Supporting ASMs during Offers/Quotations foradequate follow-up and proper answers during theOffer clarification process.
