Escalader Strategic Solutions is looking for Sales Support / Acquisition Specialist for Tech Start up with aggressive growth plans and potential .

Location: Chandivali , Mumbai

Brief Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Mumbai forSales Support .

The candidate will play a critical part in providing valuable support to Senior Sales Teams and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

The candidate is expected tohave the ability to analyse and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Job responsibilities

Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, including order entry, order tracking, and order confirmation.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery.

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations for clients, payment follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interaction.

Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.

Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.

Regular content review and coordination with digital marketing agency

Event participation and involvement in other marketing activities from time to time

Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in sales

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

Proficiency with MS Office

Work Week : Mon to Sat for 1st and 3rd Week . Mon to Fri for 2nd and 4th Week of the month.
