Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Representative located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, managing communication with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in various sales-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer support or customer service
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
