Job Description

We are Looking For Sales Support Officer - Investment

Location: Padivattom, Edapally

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam; proficiency in Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Salary: Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternative Saturday off)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support and Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Malayalam, with proficiency in Hindi or other languages being beneficial. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, promoting our range of financial products, and ensuring exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will spend 70% of their time on customer support activities and 30% on sales and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support (70%):

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Customer Assistance: Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support Services: Provide clients with detailed information about financial products, policies, and procedures, offering guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and address any areas of concern.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their needs are met and to offer additional support.

Sales and Sales Support (30%):

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base, utilizing various outreach methods.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable products.
  • Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.

  • Travel Requirement: 0% travel (No Field Work)
  • Work Environment: This position is based in our office, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
