Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Rajkot
Salary: 8k to 12k
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role involves assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary resources to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer management.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with clients at a cost best suited for them.
Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Order Processing:
Process orders via email or phone.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Assist in resolving customer complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and manage regular sales reports and metrics.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.
Analyze sales data and trends to support decision-making.
Administrative Duties:
Manage and update the customer database.
Coordinate sales team meetings and schedule appointments.
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide necessary support during the execution of sales projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Sales Support Executive or Sales Administrator
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
