Position: Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily reports, handling data requests, and overseeing sales processes like travel approvals. This role ensures smooth operations and clear communication within the team.
_Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and share daily sales reports with the team and management.
- Ensure reports are accurate and on time.
- Ad-hoc Data Requests:
- Respond to data and information requests from the team.
- Gather and present data in a clear format.
- Sales Process Coordination:
- Help organize travel arrangements and approvals for the team.
- Ensure all travel follows company policy and gets approved quickly.
- Support the setup and management of sales processes.
- Monitor process compliance and suggest improvements.
- Be the main contact for process-related questions from the team.
- Ensure clear communication between the sales team and management.
- Send internal updates on sales processes and initiatives.
- Provide administrative help to the Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Keep organized records of sales activities, reports, and correspondence.
- Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest solutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements.

- Prior experience in sales support or administration is an advantage but not required.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination or support.
- Experience in a fast-paced sales or marketing environment is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
