Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in prospecting, lead generation, and various sales activities to drive customer engagement and support our sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers interested in EcoSoch's solar products and services through prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about EcoSoch's offerings, pricing, and service capabilities.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations with prospective customers in coordination with the sales team, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared and available.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations, in collaboration with the sales team to support the sales process and facilitate deal closure.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems with relevant information, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for reporting and analysis.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after sales meetings or demonstrations to gather feedback, address any concerns or questions, and provide additional information as needed to move the sales process forward.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads and support sales initiatives, including coordinating logistics, preparing promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives and provide support as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about EcoSoch's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to customers, supporting sales efforts with relevant knowledge and insights.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate communication and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales databases.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of renewable energy and solar products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
