The primary role of Sales Support is to provide documentation support for the Sales team to send to the Operations team, mainly in the areas of checking quotes, producing Go-Ahead documentation, itinerary. Contact with customers for briefing information and follow up. Reporting to Sales Manager, the jobholder would follow pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
-Quote responsibilities: check, amend, re-check on quotes, as requested; which include printing out quote sheets and attach where appropriate.
-Offers responsibility: producing offers and sending to the clients, and manage itinerary changes on behalf of Sales (where needed)
-Go-Ahead responsibilities: prepare Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other documents on behalf of Sales (where needed)
-Provide admin and documentation support to Sales team, in relation to market situation, destination/ competitor analysis, agent profiling, existing account management, reports, etc.
-Other support duties as and when assigned by manager.
