Job Responsibility
The Sales and Support Executive role mainly are to bring conversion and sales to the company, at the same time, support and manage client's relation. Your task is to guide the customer through, and lead them to purchase. Your daily tasks include:
- Online chat support, resolve customers enquiry.
- Convert sales from online leads, or any offline opportunities.
- Maintain customer relation, build good company's name.
Job Requirements
- No Academic Qualification requirement.
- Any sales related working experience will be extra bonus.
- Proficiency in English is a must. (Fluent)
- At least basic understanding on using Google Sheet.
- Positive Attitude, likes challenges.
- Able to work on shift/flexible working hours (6 working days arrangement).
- Good communication skills.
