Manage daily activities of operational sales support and customer service.- Knowledge of Export Documents.
Assisting the sales team with all order processing & dispatch procedures.
- Creating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, planning deliveries, processing requests for an expedited delivery of rush orders, review customer pending items and ensure absolute 100% customer satisfaction and delight.
Responsible for timely updates & communication to customers over email.- Will need to multi-task and handle queries over phone, email and update the details in the ERP system as per the defined processes and other operational requirement.
Develop a rapport & build relationship with the customer's procurement, stores/inventory, quality team and other stakeholders to ensure regeneration of business.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate in any field.
- Work Experience: Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in the sales support & customer service function.
