Job Description: Sales & Support Executive
We are looking for a skilled Sales & Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle soft calling to our clients and provide comprehensive information about our accounting software.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Call potential customers from our database and provide detailed information about our products and services.
Service Promotion:
Promote our services and follow up with customers.Customer Support:
Provide support via live chat, calls, emails, and remote sessions.Database Management: Maintain the customer database and follow-up register.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and follow up on meetings.
Contact Details Management:
Regularly update and obtain individual contact details.Needs Identification:
Identify customer needs and provide solutions using our products and services.Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients when required.
- Availability: Ensure high availability as and when required.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.Record Keeping:
Keep records of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Skills Required:Inbound Call Handling:
Ability to handle inbound calls from clients.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong convincing power.
