Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing initial calls, assigning leads to the appropriate sales personnel, preparing quotations and other necessary documents, and handling our CRM software, Zoho. You'll be the go-to person for all administrative needs, ensuring smooth operations and providing valuable assistance throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Initial Call Management:

  • Handle incoming/Outcoming calls from potential clients.
  • Gather necessary information and qualify leads.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

2. Quotation and Document Preparation:

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for proposals.

3. CRM Management:

  • Utilize Zoho CRM software to manage customer information, leads, and sales activities.
  • Keep CRM system up-to-date with relevant data.
  • Generate reports and analyze data as needed.

4. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide support in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

5. Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance to customers in navigating our products or services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or any diploma
  • Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of the sports construction field and its key players.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • immediate joiners preffred.
