Job Description:
As a Sales Support at NamanHR handling NHR global business partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our global operations. You will collaborate closely with our sales team & global partners to provide them with the necessary support and resources to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including but not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with the sales team & global partners to understand their needs and challenges. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to streamline the sales cycle.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
- Proposal and Presentation Support: Assist in the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. Drafting business plans, sales proposals, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. This task involves providing necessary documentation and materials to support the sales process, which is a key function of sales support
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients & global partners to understand their evolving needs and challenges. Client relationships is a core aspect of sales support as it helps in customer retention and long-term success.
- Sales Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate sales effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment with sales goals and strategies.
- Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technology platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency.
