RESPONSIBLITIES:
To deliver sales & KPI as per plan.
To coordinate Sales Representative team in delivering sales volume achievement, business growth, and distribution KPI.
Increase team productivity by develop team capability in selling skill, handling objection and business building to customers thru team briefing and in field training.
Communicate Head-office Trade-plan to the team and monitor effectively.
Prepare monitoring and update regularly to RSM and highlights the progress.
Evaluate and prepare coverage plan for Sales Representative.
Monitor sales by key customer and channel.
Build effective relationship with key customers.
Engage distributor in daily operational to make ensure good implementation.
Monitor product distribution, expire date and program implementation in field.
Time spends 70% in field and 30% at the office for evaluation and planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have experience as min 2 years as a Sales Supervisor or 3 years as a Sales Representative in FMCG, Tobacco experience will be advantage.
Have good understanding on FMCG business and process.
Have driver's license (SIM C) & willing to bring their own motorcycle.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and put in place measures to retain a great team.
Ability to identify potential areas of growth and identify new business partnership opportunities.
