Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a full-time position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales supervisor or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and address challenges
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Flexibility to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are motivated and aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing timely and accurate information to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
